A Critical Spirit

Criticism is prejudice made plausible.
H. L. Mencken (1880 - 1956)

Romans 14:9-11
For to this end Christ died and rose and lived again, that He might be Lord of both the dead and the living. But why do you judge your brother? Or why do you show contempt for your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written:

“As I live, says the LORD,
Every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall confess to God.”

A critical spirit is not good for anyone. Being critical hurts you as much as the person being criticized. Don't get me wrong now! There's a difference between loving constructive criticism and mean judgemental critisism.

I found an article that relates to this subject that is right in line with God's word.
