The Extinction Of Evolution EPK

Imagine what the world would be like if the theory of evolution were actually true.

I had the pleasure of listening to an interview done with Darek Isaacs (author of this book). He's very knowledgeable. It's worth taking a look at. Once you check it out you'll never look at evolution the same again.

  1. Darwin lost all faith in a beneficent God and saw Christianity as futile. He continued to give support to the local church and help with parish work, but on Sundays would go for a walk while his family attended church. However, in his autobiography he recalled that at the time of writing On the Origin of Species he was convinced of the existence of God as a First Cause and deserved to be called a theist.[1]

In his later life, Darwin was frequently asked about his religious views. He went as far as saying that "Science has nothing to do with Christ, except insofar as the habit of scientific research makes a man cautious in admitting evidence. For myself, I do not believe that there ever has been any revelation. As for a future life, every man must judge for himself between conflicting vague probabilities." He was always insistent that he was agnostic and had "never been an atheist".[2]

Darwin died as a theist. He believed in God but he had no use for religion or Christianity believing them to be the creation of man. Darwin felt that science could provide proof of a Supreme Being and a better understanding of the spiritual nature of man and all of creation.

President Ronald Reagan was an ardent and committed Christian. But this video reflects more of his understanding of the world than Darwin's. As Christian he and thousands of others (including our present administration)

"believe that “God’s divine providence [has] selected, elected, and predestined certain people to restore humanity and reconcile it with its Creator.”7 These “Elect” were originally thought to be the only people going to Heaven. To the Calvinists, material success and wealth was a sign that you were one of the Elect, and thus were favored by God. Who better to shepherd a society populated by God’s wayward children? The poor, the weak, the infirm? God was punishing them for their sins. There were large numbers of angry, alienated people who the new elites needed to keep in line to avoid labor unrest and to protect production and profits."

Disability, sickness, wrong-mindedness are weaknesses that will be dealt with by the vengeful God of the Old Testament - the God of Abraham, Reagan, Bush and Palin. The end times are merely God's wrath for our weakness.

This is the God that Darwin turned from. This is NOT the God of Jesus Christ - but it is the God of modern Republican politics.

Also - why do I have to declare my identity? Is not this as undemocratic and un-christian as the Darwinists? Repression of thought is the sin against the Holy Spirit - if I cannot speak my mind because I fear retribution then my mind is being caged by man not the Divine.

  2. Reader: Thank you for your honest "opinion". I'm leaving this post up for true Christians to see what others think of them. I do not fear persecution. I know what God has in store for me in Heaven. I know that when my time comes and my life here on Earth ends that God is taking me to be with Him in Heaven. I'd rather be safe; promised a life of eternal glory, than sorry and end up in an eternal torment.

  3. Something many "evolutionists/darwinists" don't recognize or fail to admit is that Darwin recanted his theory on his death bed, and turned back to God. Darwin chose to walk back to the fold of Christ's love and give up the ideas of evolution. There was no fear of death, but a joy of being with his Saviour. Christians should heed this well too, and stop judging Darwin for his theory (which is not our place), but to show to the world that God's love is the way and even Darwin chose to walk in the light.
